1. Services Provided

Device Doctor offers professional electronic device repair services, including but not limited to:

Logic board and micro-soldering repairs

iPhone, iPad, Mac, and other smartphone/tablet repairs

Data recovery and related services

Accessories and upgrades

All services are subject to availability, device condition, and diagnostic outcomes.

2. Booking and Payments

By booking a repair through our website or in-store, you confirm that the device belongs to you or you have the legal right to authorize the repair.

Payment must be made in full before collection of the repaired device unless otherwise agreed.

Device Doctor reserves the right to adjust pricing for parts, services, or taxes without prior notice.

3. Warranty Policy

Repairs carry a limited warranty only on the part replaced (duration will be communicated during booking).

Warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or further damage caused after repair.

Opening or tampering with the device post-repair by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.

4. Data and Privacy

We strongly recommend you back up your data before handing over your device. Device Doctor is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

Personal data shared with us (name, contact info, device details) is used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure successful repair, some devices may be unrepairable due to the extent of damage.

Device Doctor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

Maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the repair.

6. Courier and Shipping Services

For customers using our Pan-India courier service, Device Doctor is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier companies.

Shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, are the intellectual property of Device Doctor and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
